popup.description2
The software and hardware complex for the design and testing of aortic biological prostheses of heart valves has been developed. For the implementation of which the following stages (services) have been performed:
1. The prototype and terms of reference for a stand for hydrodynamic testing of artificial heart valves has been developed, which allows dynamic registration of the physical characteristics of blood simulator flows.
2. Based on a comparison of the characteristics of the main materials used for medical applications and a detailed analysis of the composition and structure of materials of imported analogs, the nitinol alloy was proposed as the most promising material for the manufacture of heart valve frameworks.
3. The software has been developed for control, adjustment of work parameters and processing of useful information of the stand for hydrodynamic testing of artificial heart valves.
4. The parameterized three-dimensional models of artificial heart valve frameworks based on titanium nickelide and sets of design documentation for the manufacture of their several diameters have been developed: 20 mm, 22 mm, 24 mm, 26 mm, 28 mm. The models and design documentation for the tooling required for the corresponding technological operations of the frame manufacturing have also been developed.
The obtained scientific and technical results are presented in the report, which was approved by the Academic Council on December 10, 2020, protocol No. 8.
