popup.description2
It was found that the intensity of immunity to the diseases against which vaccination was carried out during the six months of the reproductive period was 100%. The use of immunostimulating drugs in chickens before vaccination allowed to obtain more intense immunity to diseases - antibody titers were higher by 1-1.5 log. However, in chickens affected by stress factors (nutritional, technological), antibody titers were lower by 1-2 log. The study of metabolic indicators in the body of chickens did not reveal a significant difference in the content of hemoglobin in the blood, protein, lipids, cholesterol in the serum. The content of circulating immune complexes was within the physiological norm. In biochemical studies it was found that the bactericidal activity of serum of chickens of the experimental groups increased by 10-12%, also increased the number of erythrocytes, hemoglobin, total protein. The increased amount of globulins, especially gamma- (33% more than in the control group), indicates an intensive process of antibody formation after vaccination. The obtained knowledge about the mechanisms of formation of cellular and humoral immunity, endocrine factors with the use of associated vaccines will simplify the control of the general condition of poultry, minimize the effects of stress on poultry, increase safety by 2.8%, increase antibody levels by 10.5%
