This study proposes a comprehensive systematic approach to the construction of dynamic registers of electronic information resources and means of their efficient processing in data centers of heterogeneous structure. The approach differs from the existing ones in that at the first stage the systematization of information resources of the enterprise is provided, due to creation of their ontological model that allows to systematically analyze information resources of the enterprise, to define the basic essences and communications between them; at the second stage the infrastructure is calculated for the effective organization of communication and computational processes of processing the registers of electronic information resources, due to the integration of the company's own resources and leased cloud resources. To develop the technology, original models, methods and algorithms for processing information resources of the enterprise, as well as practical approaches to the organization of service infrastructure, based on the latest advances in data analysis, modern technologies of information and communication systems, data processing and storage centers.
As a result of the work the concept of technology of construction of dynamic registers of electronic information resources and means of their effective processing in data centers of heterogeneous structure is proposed. resources of the enterprise and deploy the infrastructure of maintenance of registers of electronic information resources, depending on the features and requirements of processing services, which allowed to create appropriate protocols for environmental management and load balancing.
