The creation of magnetic nanosorbents with a specific surface area exceeding 230 m2/g has been proposed, and compact technological equipment for their production by ferritation of liquid wastes of galvanic production with electromagnetic pulse activation and electroerosive coagulation of iron in water has been developed. The influence of the main technological parameters of the ferritization process on efficiency of water purification and the quality of the formed sludge is investigated and rational ratios of concentration of heavy metal ions were proposed. High degree of extraction of heavy metal ions from industrial wastewater by ferritization (up to 99.7%) has been experimentally confirmed. Mathematical models of key water purification processes have been created: water purification on filters with granular media and kinetics of heavy metal ion extraction by ferritization method, as well as leaching of heavy metals from ferrite sludge. Methods of calculation of the basic technological parameters of these processes were developed. Approbation of the models and methods of calculation was carried out. The chemical stability of ferrite industrial wastewater was confirmed: immobilization of heavy metals after leaching 99.96%. The ecological safety of alkaline cements with using of ferritization sludge was confirmed and reliable immobilization of heavy metals in cement at a content of up to 30% by weight was shown. Compositions of alkaline cements with ferrite sludge were developed and it was confirmed, that at content of sediment in the initial composition up to 10% it is possible to obtain cement grade of M 400. Technological schemes and equipment design of developed method of utilization of highly toxic wastewater with the possibility of using treated water and waste were proposed.
