The aim of the the stage of scientific work is the creation of highly efficient dielectric working media based on complex oxides for devices of functional electronics. The research methods were the synthesis of single crystals, nanocomposites based on synthetic opals, glass, glass-ceramics and ceramics of complex oxide compounds of active dielectrics, differential scanning calorimetry, differential thermal analysis, X-ray phase analysis, methods of dielectric, impedance, optical and radio spectroscopy. Single crystals of active dielectrics were synthesized: lead molybdates (PbMoO4, Pb2MoO5), eulithines (Bi2О3-Ge (Si)O2), lithium germanate (Li2Ge7O15), paratelurite (TeO2), samples of glass-ceramics Li2O-хGeO2 were obtained, and ecologically clean based on sodium bismuth titanate. Globular photonic crystals with luminescent nanocomposites and active dielectrics have been synthesized. Research work is a continuation of work on the creation of methods for obtaining crystals, glass, ceramics, nanocomposites to improve the efficiency of functional materials. The research results, the obtained samples of compounds can be used for the development of experimental samples of functional electronics devices.
