It is established that the gradual change of conditions and biota along the riverbed consists of spots and corridors of the lower order, which are united by the flow and migration of aquatic organisms; the hydromorphological structure of the channel determines the degree of turbulence of the flow, which in turn determines the dominance of rheophilic or limnophilous species and groups that are adapted to laminar (plankton) or turbulent (nekton) living conditions.
