The purpose - to increase the efficiency and environmental friendliness of machining of difficult-to-process materials used for the manufacture of parts of military (special) equipment, disks, shafts, blades of gas turbine engines, by controlling the complex of phenomena in the contact zone of the tool and the surface of the part. and restorative gradient coatings obtained by cold gas-dynamic spraying on parts of the hot part of the flow path of aviation gas turbine engines. Tasks to be solved by the project: 1) analysis of methods for extending the life cycle and service life of parts of military (special) equipment after modernization (restoration); 2) theoretical substantiation of application of technology of cutting of difficult-to-process materials taking into account a complex of physical and chemical effects in a cutting zone; 3) development of scientifically substantiated industry recommendations for the implementation of a comprehensive quality management system for parts and the rational use of ZOTS; 4) study of the process of particle acceleration in the channel of the supersonic nozzle during cold gas-dynamic spraying to determine the rational parameters of the coating process of coatings; 5) study of the properties of coatings obtained by cold gas-dynamic spraying in the conditions of engine operation in order to optimize the composition of coatings on the basis of experimental data.
