It is established that for both the original PP and for the composite based on PP containing nanocomposite additive Fe / C, it is possible to implement all technological stages of the process: extrusion of the composite mixture, forming strands, monofilaments and their thermal orientation drawing. Composite monofilaments (PP with 5 wt.% Additives Fe / C 50/50) have the same indicators (values ​​of the values ​​of spinneret drawing, the multiplicity of thermal orientation drawing) as monofilaments from the original PP. Composite films of high density polyethylene - Fe / C were obtained. It is established that at a high content of additive (5.0 - 15.0 wt.%) Significantly reduces the maximum possible degree of thermal orientation elongation (λmax is 7 - 5), for a low content (1.0 - 2.0 wt.%) Λmax decreases slightly: up to 18 - 16. Tensile strength of oriented films (λ = 7) decreases slightly at low additive content (from 52 to 50 - 48 kg / mm2) and decreases significantly with increasing additive content (up to 39 kg / mm2 for content 5 wt.%) At high filling polymer composite films have sufficient electrical conductivity and magnetic properties and can be promising for use as functional materials.
