Have been developed the experimental and industrial samples of the Ultrasonic equipment with a capacity of up to 2.0 kW for VMP and UZFO of mechanical engineering products and a set of design documentation with 3D modeling (AutoCAD, PCAD). Also have been created the documentation for the use. Have been made the real tests of the prototypes of strengthening equipment in shop conditions, qualitative indicators of surface treatment and manufacturability. The quality of surface treatment for different metals was defind on calculations and experimental results, the efficiency, reliability of ultrasonic equipment. The applying of VMP technology has recently become a mandatory procedure in the manufacture and repair of critical elements of railway transport, in order to increase their fatigue strength, as well as to replace traditional heat treatment, which requires significant energy costs. All the above circumstances emphasize the importance and relevance of the results of this research for the industry of the Ukraine.
