N. Sokolovsky» popup.description2 The object of research is the natural potential of eroded chernozems in the catchments of small rivers Aidar, Yevsug and Kovsug, in the Luhansk region. The purpose of the research is to develop scientific bases for spatial assessment of erosion and Hydrological Processes and their minimization for the conditions of the northern steppe of Ukraine. Research methods - statistical, analytical, mathematical modeling, geostatistical, linear programming. A passport of the conditions of the natural potential of the soils of the Aidar River Basin has been compiled. Geomorphological analysis was performed, and the terrain safety coefficient was calculated. The intensity of erosion and hydrological situations is estimated according to the basin principle at the following levels: the river basin is a system of girder catchments, maps of the erosion index EI are constructed. The influence of forecast and actual combinations of Al components (arable land, slopes > 1 degree, transverse forest belts) with a humus content of 3.5-5.5% on runoff costs is studied, and the soil and water protection capacity of al of the modern structure of sown areas (2014-2018) is estimated. Improved Geoinformation assessment of natural potential and erosion and hydrological situations on the example of the Evsug and Kovsug river basins. A system of organizational measures for soil protection on the slope lands of the northern steppe of Ukraine based on Basin principles has been developed. Minimization and adaptation of soil protection measures using the natural potential of the soil is provided, while reducing by 40-45% the cost of funds and time to determine the ratio of actual and permissible erosion and hydrological indicators. Soil losses are reduced to the permissible level (2 t/ha), land productivity increases by 30% by making more complete use of precipitation (reducing the runoff coefficient to 0.15-0.20). Scope of use – agriculture. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2021-02-21 Close
