Purpose of the work: to develop and scientifically substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation and practical implementation of the organizational and economic mechanism of market testing of innovative products at industrial enterprises, which allows increasing the efficiency of their innovative activities in the direction of creating and commercializing innovative products. Research methods: analysis and synthesis, systems approach, dialectical method of scientific knowledge, fundamental provisions of innovation management, innovation marketing, the concept of strategic management. The novelty of the work: improved methodological foundations and criteria for assessing and selecting innovative projects from a number of alternatives; a theoretical and methodological approach to marketing testing has been developed; a methodological approach has been developed, with the help of which a decision is made about the readiness of innovative products to enter the market and the completion of work on the marketing testing procedure; improved theoretical and methodological approach to diagnostics of consumer capital of an enterprise. Information on implementation: methodological developments have been tested at industrial enterprises, which have confirmed their adequacy. Relationship with other works: the results were reported at scientific and practical conferences, published in scientific journals.
