The subject of the research is theoretical-methodical and model-information support of construction of the mechanism of transformation of IHE into innovative-active world-class university in the conditions of system modernization of the system of higher education of Ukraine The purpose of the work is to form a theoretical-methodical and model-information basis for building innovative-active free economic relations on the basis of autonomy, quality of education, anti-corruption and application of cyberspace technologies to strengthen the competitiveness of the national higher education system in the world and European educational space cyber attacks of the information society. Research methods - system, process - functional, conceptual, synergetic, autonomous-oriented, marketing-oriented and personally-oriented approaches; methods of induction and deduction, dynamic analysis, structural analysis, cluster analysis, correlation-regression analysis.
