The object of research is hematopoietic stem cells of peripheral blood, stem hematopoietic cells of the bone marrow. The aim of the work is to test the effectiveness of the developed method of freezing / thawing of PC / KM FGCs in terms of FGC survival parameters and preservation of CD34 + progenitor cell subpopulations, to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the developed method. As a result of the research, methods were developed for cryopreservation of FGC of peripheral blood and bone marrow, and the effectiveness of the freeze / thaw cycle of FGC was tested. According to cytofluorometry data, the viability of FGC was determined after different freezing schemes on the same composition of a cryopreservation medium. The best result was achieved with slow freezing down to -800C and fast defrosting. The survival rate of the FGC was 82.1% of the total number of events. In addition, the percentage of CD34 + cells was determined with different types of freezing regimens. So, among white blood cells (WBC) CD45 - cells - 24.4%, CD45 + - 45.4%, among which CD34 + cells - 43.0%. According to the results of the study, the most adequate scheme was chosen, which provided high results of cryopreservation of cells. The study of the quality of the obtained cell product was extended at the clinical level, by determining the timing of graft engraftment and restoring the blood parameters of patients.
