The structural self-organization in the submonolayers of fullerenes C60, BBR and their complex, deposited from an aqueous solution on the surface of mica and Au (111) was investigated using microscopic methods (SEM, AFM, STM). The obtained results allowed to clarify the nature of adsorption of C60, BBR and their complex sublayers, to determine the shape and distribution of particles present in aqueous colloidal solution of C60 fullerene in complex with BBR, by size and to establish the presence of complexation between BBR and C60 molecules.
