The cause-and-effect relationship between working conditions and the nature of work, when performing RzPN. The general regularities and features of formation of professional suitability on psychophysiological functions (PFF) and psychological properties depending on such signs are established: a kind of performed works, professional affiliation, professional experience, age, sex of workers. Improvement of pre-nosological psychodiagnostics and correction of pre-nosological states aimed at prevention of functional disorders and its probable consequences has been made. The author's computer program of psychophysiological testing - "ProfRisk", for pre-nosological diagnosis of occupational and general health, has been developed, and is one of the promising areas of primary prevention of occupational diseases and injuries at work, when performing high-risk work.
