The scientific work "Ukrainian-Western European intercultural and scientific ties: from dialogue to integration" is a comprehensive scientific study of ethnoculture and the artistic process. This multifaceted approach made it possible to fully reveal the issues of the planned topic, in particular to highlight the problems of national identity, self-awareness, preservation and protection of national cultures, mutual tolerance and prevention of interethnic conflicts, to reflect the place of Ukraine and its cultural heritage in modern Europe. occurring in border areas; to analyze different periods of development of Ukrainian musical culture and its international relations, to find out the role in the mutual enrichment of world national cultures from the standpoint of modern musicology. As a result of the planned topic, significant factual material on these aspects was introduced into scientific circulation for the first time, in particular, a number of new previously unknown musical works and materials of research of various types of modern musical performance, composition, musicological studies and their integration into the world cultural space; introduced European experience in Ukrainian research of intangible cultural heritage in the European cultural space in accordance with the UNESCO Convention.
