 Summary New minimally invasive methods of treatment of pathology of the colon, rectum, liver, portal hypertension, extrahepatic bile ducts, pancreas and other minimally invasive methods of treatment were developed and introduced, which allow to achieve good results in the treatment of these diseases. During the implementation of the 1st stage of the scientific research, more than 250 patients with the above pathology were examined and treated. A reduction in the period of inpatient treatment, social and labor rehabilitation by 2-3 times was achieved. Compared to traditional methods, new methods of surgical treatment allow to obtain a good result, shorten the time of treatment and rehabilitation, and improve long-term results.
