Scientific works, video materials have been published and created, which demonstrate the process of work in expert laboratories with the ability of remote use during the training of forensic expert staff. The object of research is the process of creation and implementation a program of open educational resources in the area of forensic support of justice, determining the algorithm for their use in educational and scientific programs, training of forensic experts, students and PhD students. Scientific novelty of the obtained results explains that research work "Open educational resource: Forensic Science" is the first attempt in complex the use of modern scientific methods that have to explore current trends of creation of open educational resources and their functioned, analyze the state of legal ensuring for the use of open educational resources in the area of forensic support of justice. Efficiency of implementation: — have been drawn conclusions which can be used in research activities for realization further research projects dedicated to improving the processes of training in the area of forensic support of justice with the opportunities of educational technologies; — in lawmaking process - in the activities of state authorities in reforming sectoral legislation; — in law enforcement – with the aim to improve practical approach of using open educational resources by forensic establishments, higher educational institutions etc; — in educational process - during the preparation of textbooks, programs, texts of lectures, training courses, etc. Field of use - education, science, forensic science.
