Vernadskii Institute of General & Inorganic Chemistry NAS of Ukraine popup.description2  The organic-inorganic perovskites CH3NH3PbI3 were synthesised at different ratios of PbI2: CH3NH3I in solvents DMF, DMSO by one-step precipitation with subsequent spin-coating films deposition. It is established that the ratio of starting reagents affects their microstructure and structural characteristics. The increase in PbI2:CH3NH3I ratio increases the unit cell volume of perovskite films. Hybrid films based on organic-inorganic perovskite and polyvinyl butyral polymer (PVB), cyclo olefin copolymer (COC), and polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) have been developed. Their resistance to moisture and oxygen (under light) has been studied. It is shown that the use of polymers SOS, PVDC, and PVB increases the resistance of films to moisture and oxygen (under light) in 23, 28 and 32 times, respectively. According to the results of research carried out at this stage of the project, 5 articles and 2 abstracts were published, and 1 article was accepted.
