We developed a method of detection of C-145 in blood plasma using a functional approach (by the time of coagulation of blood plasma in the APTT test) and using the direct method - high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). In collaboration with the partner organization, laboratory instructions for the development of a laboratory series of antithrombotic medication C-145 were developed. Performed preclinical trials of antithrombotic drug substance C-145 allow to begin preparation of the clinical phase of trials.
