The subject of research is robust methods and algorithms for detection, evaluation of information parameters of signals during non-stationary interference. The purpose of the work is further development of theoretical bases of creation of methods and algorithms of increase of efficiency and noise immunity of channels of reception and processing of signals in IMS with difficult conditions of application. Research methods - analytical and Monte Carlo. A new theory of robust methods of processing information processes in the conditions of incomplete a priori information about the parameters of useful signals and interference has been developed. Mathematical models of nonstationary processes are offered. On the basis of this theory the synthesis of stable noise-protected and adaptive algorithms of signal processing, in particular detection and estimation of parameters of a sinusoidal signal is carried out. Robust algorithms for processing information processes in intelligent systems of operation of electronic systems (RES) under conditions of incomplete a priori information were synthesized, including in the process of information monitoring of the state of RES. It is proved that the synthesized robust and adaptive methods and algorithms of signal processing are suitable for significant improvement of efficiency of IMS operating in the conditions of various powerful interferences, in particular aviation radio systems, and for improvement of RES operation systems.
