The solution of problems is carried out for the first time on the basis of new probabilistic-physical models of failures - DN and DM-distributions, results of theoretical calculations are confirmed by results of experimental operation and can be recommended for their inclusion in normative documents on railway transport. The scientific novelty of the project is confirmed by publications in leading professional journals, which are indexed in various scientific metric databases. The results of the work can be used to extend the life of facilities on the railway transport of Ukraine. The theoretical and practical significance of the results is that they all have a cross-sectoral focus and can already be directly implemented in the operation of railway transport facilities in Ukraine.
