Object of research: damage to the limbs of civilians and servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), the National Guard and volunteer formations as a result of hostilities in eastern Ukraine. Subject of research: the population of the area of counter-terrorist operations or local military conflicts. Objective: To reduce the severity of the consequences of combat injuries of the limbs and, above all, to reduce the risk of loss of limbs in victims. Research methods - analytical, clinical, laboratory-diagnostic, risk management, crisis management. The methodology of complex analysis of the obtained data with the use of computer technologies was used during the research.
