The object of research is the formation of humane behavior of older preschool children in the conditions of preschool education. Purpose - to carry out a theoretical analysis of the problem of humanization of education and upbringing of preschool children; develop and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions for the implementation of this process. In the process of implementing the state budget theme, a set of general scientific research methods (theoretical, empirical and statistical) was used: - analysis of foreign and domestic literary sources with the subsequent systematization and synthesis of the received scientific information; - study and generalization of theoretical principles of the problem of humanization of the educational process of preschool educational institutions in the context of innovation; - observation, pedagogical experiment; - statistical processing and systematization of the obtained scientific facts; - verification of the received information through comparison of the data presented in various primary sources. The study found that the generalization of approaches to the definition of "innovative pedagogical activities" allows us to consider this category within our study as a complex formation, a set of different goals and nature of work that meet the main stages of innovation and aimed at creating and making teacher changes to their own system of work. The innovative activity of the teacher is creative and aimed at implementing innovations based on the use and implementation of new scientific knowledge, ideas, approaches, transformation of known research results and practical developments into a new or improved product.
