The object of research is the near-Earth environment - the geospace, which consists of the magnetosphere and ionosphere. Updated means of registration and methods of data processing of observations were used for the project. In particular, much attention is paid to the implementation of new Doppler regimes of MDI, which allow not only to determine the height profiles of the electron density, but also to investigate the dependence of the velocity of ionospheric plasma at different altitudes. The use of these data allowed us to study the different spatial and temporal scales of atmospheric gravitational and planetary waves. The scientific novelty of the expected results is that the analysis of data, interpretation of results and conclusions are based on a unique multi-year database of HF and UHF-ELF observations, which for the Antarctic and Arctic region has no analogues in the world. Most of the results of the HF analysis presented in the relevant literature operate over several years of observations and belong to the midlatitude or equatorial regions. The results of the project and methodological developments can be used in university lectures on physics of the atmosphere, ionosphere, near-Earth space, the propagation of radio waves in near-Earth plasma and so on.
