The finite element method, the energy method of upper estimation, the method of kinematic modules, and the method of dividing grids for experimental research are chosen as methods of theoretical solution. The aim is to increase the efficiency and expand the capabilities of technologies for the manufacture of parts and blanks of responsible purpose from structural and special materials through the use of new schemes of precision volumetric stamping with additional force and kinematic impact on the workpiece. The main directions of development of technologies and methods of accurate three-dimensional stamping are considered and systematized. Promising methods of deformation include combined extrusion and shaping with additional force and kinematic effects. Theoretical and experimental methods of research of volume plastic deformation are considered. The existing designs of equipment for extruding parts of complex shape are considered. Models of processes of extrusion of complex hollow parts with a blind hole from solid blanks have been developed by the energy method using triangular and trapezoidal modules with an inclined curvilinear boundary, and the influence of strain rate on force and temperature modes of extrusion has been established. The uneven distribution of deformations during extrusion is estimated, measures to reduce the unevenness of VAT are proposed. Novelty: new kinematic modules of triangular and trapezoidal shape with a curvilinear boundary, which allowed to develop models of processes of combined deformation of parts of complex structure; for the first time the nature of the influence of the rate of plastic deformation of products on the force and temperature regime of the process was established and the possibility of reducing the force parameters with increasing deformation rate was confirmed.
