Possible scenarios of emergency processes due to the radioactive liquids spillage have been identified and investigated. The general conditions and characteristics of atmospheric emissions, features of liquidation and response strategies in case of such accidents are determined. A comprehensive mathematical model of transport of radioactive substances in emergency premises has been developed, which, in contrast to existing ones, takes into account the parameters of radioactive liquids and design conditions of their storage, which allows to determine, with high accuracy the distribution of radiation pollution in the atmospheric air at the radiation-hazardous object. Identification and verification of the developed complex mathematical model were performed. Based on the made structural, informational and functional models, the relevant software was developed and adapted to DSS JRODOS, which allows determining the concentrations of radionuclides in the surface air layer, total aerosol precipitation, annual effective doses due to all irradiation routes due to liquid radioactive spills in the premises of the radiation-hazardous object. The use of this software allows, quickly and efficiently, to develop relevant project documentation, conduct its examination, to develop and to optimize appropriate emergency strategies. This makes it possible to minimize the risks of such accidents, probable losses and, in general, to increase the efficiency of the emergency response system at enterprises and organizations that are at risk of such radioactive liquids spillage.
