It was found that the combined action of histamine and quercetin causes a significant increase in the content of primary lipoperoxidation products in blood plasma, while the content of TBA-positive products decreases. Against the background of high concentrations of histamine, quercetin reduces the intensity of oxidative modification of proteins. Concomitant addition of histamine at maximum concentration (10 μM) and quercetin (0.1; 0.5; 3 mM) to blood does not change the activity of superoxide dismutase in blood plasma. Simultaneous incubation of blood in a medium with quercetin and histamine is a significant increase in the content of carbonyl groups of proteins in rat erythrocytes. Flureniside has been shown to increase superoxide anion radical generation, decrease sialic acid content, and alter ATP levels during early embryogenesis. Analysis of variance has shown that a significant contribution to the increase of ATP, sialic acid and superoxide anion radical during early embryogenesis is made by embryonic development factor, whereas flureniside has a smaller contribution. As the temperature of the incubation medium changes, the activity of Na+, K+-ATPase of loach embryos increases at different stages of development. It is established that Na+, K+-ATPase is characterized by a nonlinear dependence of enzymatic activity on temperature in Arrhenius coordinates; the activation energy is 10.6–20.8 kJ/mol.
