Objective: to analyze the key indicators that characterize the state of the hemostasis system in patients with COVID-19 and to identify triggers that can cause the development of disorders in the hemostasis system in response to infection. Research methods: enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, spectrophotometric, chromatographic methods and methods of mathematical statistics. For the first time, a comprehensive assessment of the state of the hemostasis system, including the content and activity of the main factors of vascular, platelet, fibrinolytic and coagulation of the hemostasis system in patients with covid infection and the predisposition of patients with different titers of antibodies to SARSCoV-2 . An increase in fibrinogen concentration, most pronounced in patients with an antibody titer of 10 ± 3 um / ml and 55 ± 5 um / ml, and a decrease in prothrombin concentration, in particular in patients with an antibody titer of 55 ± 5 um / ml, 65 ± 5 um / ml, 75 ± 5 um / ml, 95 ± 5 um / ml, 175 ± 5 um / ml. There was also a significant increase in the level of soluble fibrin-monomer complexes against the background of a less pronounced increase in the concentration of D-dimer in the plasma of patients with different titers of antibodies against SARS-CoV-2. A study of coagulograms of healthy and SARS-CoV-2 infected pregnant women showed a slight increase in plasma clotting time in the Prothrombin Time test in 30% of pregnant women with COVID-19, while an increase in fibrinogen concentration and D-dimer was diagnosed in all infected pregnant women.
