In particular, the international standards of punishment appointment are studied, and consequently it was concluded that the international standards of sentencing follow from the guarantees provided by Articles 7, 14 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, Art. 4 of Protocol № 7 to this Convention and the principle of proportionality of the punishment appointed to the person. As well, the essence of the generic object of criminal offenses against justice is studied. It is proposed to outline the following time limits of existence of social relations, which are the generic object of criminal offenses against justice: these relations exist from the moment of emerging the statutory basis for implementing the operational and investigative measures; the final moment of the existence of such public relations, which is the object of criminal offenses against justice, is the moment of cancellation or removal of the criminal record. Moreover, a number of rules of criminal legal qualification of actions of accomplices in a criminal offense with a special subject are formulated. The concept of complicity in a criminal offense with a special subject is defined. As well, it is substantiated that the system of punishments that shall be applied to the minors needs to be improved, so that the possible ways of such improvements are proposed. In particular, it goes about the optimization of the sphere of applying the punishments that are standing at the time being, introduction of the new punishments, as well as combining the punishments with the non-punitive criminal legal measures that shall supplement the punishment.
