Visualization of singularities in a complex field using fluorescent nanoparticles made it possible to restore the phase distribution of a complex field and to recognize the macro-shape of a scattering object. The proposed methods for generating microbubbles and controlling their motion with the help of thermal and optical forces are promising for solving the problem of transporting nanoparticles. The generation of photonic nanojets using a two-stage trap and nonlinear self-focusing made it possible to realize a record resolution and the possibility of manipulating nanoparticles. The results obtained can be used in micro- and nanoelectronics, precision chemistry, pharmacology, microbiology, and medicine.
