On this basis, original algorithms for polarization-correlation and digital holographic reconstruction of 3D distributions of the modulus and phase of Muller-matrix correlation invariants of the optical anisotropy of biological preparations of human organs have been developed. By testing a set of methods of three-dimensional Muller-matrix correlation introscopy, layer-by-layer distributions of the module and phase of the "two-point" parameters of the Stokes vector and Muller-matrix correlation invariants of samples of biological tissues and fluids of human organs (endometrium, kidney, liver) were determined.
