The preconditions for intensification of foreign direct investments in Ukraine’s economy from MENA region countries are studied. The socio-economic relations for labor resources of MENA region has been studied. The essence and forms of implication for economic and legal nature of the Islamic finance doctrine are revealed. The essence, content and characteristics for key prohibitions in Islamic economic doctrine, which actually determine the principles, methods, forms and tools of economic activity in accordance with the religious ethics of Muslim countries in MENA region, are studied and summarized. The organizational and legal forms of Islamic finance are defined, systematized and compared. The model of banking activity in the doctrine of Islamic finance is studied and characterized. Proposals for modeling the implementation of regionally-oriented Ukraine’s development strategy based on the usage of organizational and legal forms of Islamic finance and the participation of agents of the national economy of Ukraine are introduced.
