The purpose of the work is to establish the predominant groups of diseases among the population of Dnipropetrovsk region based on the analysis of clinical and laboratory data. Research methods - clinical, laboratory, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: It was found out: There is a deep demographic crisis in Ukraine. Diseases of the circulatory system occupy a leading place in terms of morbidity and prevalence among members of both sexes. Ukraine remains the leader in Europe in the scale of the spread of HIV. It is established that S. aureus predominates in the structure of exacerbations of seasonal rhinitis. The difference between biofilm formation processes in S. aureus and S. epidermidis strains isolated from different biotopes has been proved. It was found that the frequency of bacteriuria among pregnant women was 13.1% - symptomatic and 7.6% - asymptomatic. The causative agents were opportunistic pathogens, among which gram-negative rods predominated. Amniotic fluid infection has also been associated with gram-positive cocci. Proved: transcutaneous shear wave elastography can be considered a promising and reliable method of non-invasive diagnosis of fibrosis in chronic pancreatitis. Novelty: Obtained data on antibiotic sensitivity of S. aureus. A rapid test for the formation of biofilms by strains of opportunistic pathogens has been proposed for inclusion in the list of laboratory technologies for the development of a scheme of rational antibiotic therapy of human infections. Effectiveness of implementation: The proposed method of restoring the microbiota of the reproductive tract using a combination of "bacteriophage - probiotic" and "probiotic - probiotic" will help restore the vaginal microbiota to normal. Field of application: General medical practice. Higher Education. Product Description popup.authors Yeroshkina Tetiana V Antoniuk Stepan V Vinnikov Albert I.
