 ABSTRACT Report on scientific and technical work: 73 pages, 6 figures, 10 tables. The object of research is the leveling network of I, II classes, which is an integral part of the national system of geodetic support of works on topographic and geodetic, engineering and cadastral works. The purpose of the work is to conduct analytical research on modern approaches and requirements for the formation of the height component of the reference height system in order to connect the leveling (height) network of the State Geodetic Network to the EULN (United European Leveling Network) to ensure the definition of height points and objects of the area when performing topographic, geodetic and cadastral works. Within the framework of the project works on leveling of leveling network of I, II classes and cataloging of leveling points are executed. The introduction and dissemination on the territory of Ukraine of EULN / EVRS20000 (Joint European Leveling Network / European Vertical Reference System 2000) will ensure Ukraine's integration into the European economic system, participation in international research on global ecological and geodynamic processes, Earth shape and gravitational field and mapping of the territory of Ukraine with the use of satellite technologies.
