The purpose of the work is to develop a new design of a rotary pulsation apparatus for the preparation of liquid feed, which has improved consumer characteristics with lower energy consumption for their preparation. Research method - mathematical modeling and experimental studies of feed preparation processes. The analysis of the existing designs of devices for preparation of forages of pigs, cattle, sheep, etc. is carried out. The analysis shows that in the vast majority of devices of this type use the mechanical principle of operation of working devices - mechanical crushers, grinders, etc., which have large size and weight and are characterized by high energy consumption per unit mass of feed produced. A new design of the device for preparation of liquid grain forages, based on the use of rotor-pulsation technologies, is proposed. A mathematical model of heat and mass transfer processes occurring in rotary-pulsation devices using the Nave-Stokes equations, energy equations and turbulent transfer equations has been developed. Numerical modeling of transfer processes in the studied objects was carried out and pressure, velocity and temperature distributions for feed mixtures in the rotor-stator system of the rotor-pulsation apparatus were found. It is shown that as a result of preparation of a forage mix we receive homogeneous homogeneous grain mix which process of preparation is followed by allocation of heat and increase in temperature of forages at small expenses of energy on unit of production.
