The accuracy of the catalog position is ±0.03"for stars up to 16 Vmag (visual stellar magnitude) at a mean epoch (ME) of 2020.7. Catalog of positions and proper motions (PPM) was created for more than 5.5 million stars around selected OC. The standard errors of catalog positions are ±34 mas in right ascension and ±40 mas in declination at ME J2000.0. The standard error of proper motions (PM) is ±5.8 mas/year. Catalog of 1229 topocentric positions for 40 asteroids was obtained. A catalog of 158 topocentric positions for 6 comets was obtained. The positions were sent to the database of the Minor Planet Center (MPC) of the International Astronomical Union (IAU) and published in 11 electronic circulars. 489 positions were obtained for 4 main-belt asteroids, namely: #335 - 184, #972 - 120, #24 - 125, #535 - 60. Seven positions were obtained for near-Earth asteroid (NEA - 3200). The standard error of positions in the Gaia DR2 reference system is ±0.04" in right ascension and ±0.05" in declination. With the help of the SALT telescope (Southern African Large Telescope) in 2019-2021, spectra were obtained in the blue and red regions for 105 Cepheids and 148 stars belonging to 10 OC and associations. According to the results of spectrum processing, estimates of stellar parameters were obtained. Using the analysis of the GAIA-EDR3 catalog, the following parameters were obtained for 470 OC: coordinates of centers, mean distances, proper motions, size in right ascension, size in declination. According to the obtained parameters, a catalog of 88543 stars up to 18.5 visual magnitudes was created. Product Description popup.authors Andruk Vitaly M. Ahmetov Volodymir S. Guzij Sergij S.
