Registration Date 15-02-2022 Organization Ivan Franko National University of Lviv popup.description2 It was investigated the morpho-anatomical structure of the reproductive organs and dynamic structure of populations in the case of model species of various families and populations of endangered species of Angiosperms concerning patterns of their reproduction. Methods of the study – descriptive morphology and anatomy, cyto-embryological methods, comparative and evolutionary morphology, botanical microtechnique, light microscopy, biometry, population and anthecological methods, phenology, vascular anatomy, field and laboratory experiment. It was realized the treatment of the flower morphology and vascular anatomy in 15 species of Hyacinthaceae, 2 species of Iridaceae, 4 species of Amaryllidaceae. It was studied fruit morphogenesis in 10 species of Campanulaceae and 20 species with capsular fruits of the flora of Ukraine, as also the structure of populations of 8 rare monocot species. For the first time, it was revealed the vertical zonality of the gynoecium and septal nectary in the members of Hyacinthaceae, Iridaceae, and Amaryllidaceae families. For the first time, it was applied the morphogenetic approach to the structure of the gynoecium-fruit, revealed the structural adaptations of the flower, fruits, seed for pollination and dispersal, composed the recommendations for the defense of rare species. There were defined the histogenetic types of the capsule in studied species, clarified the mode of dehiscence. The results are important for the evolutionary and phylogenetic systematics of the studied angiosperms families, as also for the activities to the defense of populations of the rare species. On the results of this work were defended two dissertations for the scientific degree of the candidate of biological sciences on a specialty 03.00.05 – botany: «Reproductive biology of Gladiolus imbricatus L. and Iris sibirica L. (Iridaceae Juss.)» (K. I. Skrypec) and «Comparative morphology and vascular anatomy of the flower in Hyacinthaceae Batsch» (О. О. Dyka).
