Modern Ukrainian society puts forward a set of professional and moral and ethical requirements both for individual military leaders and for the system of military training in general. In this regard, there is a need to develop a scientific basis for the training of professionally trained military leaders, taking into account both the best national and leading world experience.
Object of research: process
formation of the personality of the officer-leader of the tactical level of training.
Subject of research: content and methodological support of military leadership courses.
The scientific novelty of the work is to substantiate the targets (general leadership competence; leadership and management competence; leadership and pedagogical competence; leadership and psychological competence; general communicative and informational competence; leadership and communicative competence; leadership and cultural competence), appropriate classes (appropriate classes). ; trainings; role-playing games) and means (verbal; audiovisual; information systems; special audiences) of forming the personality of the officer-leader of the tactical level of training, as well as substantiation of the content of the curriculum and methodological materials of the leadership course for servicemen (L-1B Specialty training course).
