By the analysis of scientific sources from the problem of research, by us the features of volitional and moral categories, and their influence, were analysed on the conduct. Insufficient formed of cognitivnoi competence, which the comprehension of outward things is by, which to subsequent affects acceptance of volitional decisions, moral values and on the basis of this management by the conduct. Important forming of teenagers there is the orientation of personality which is expressed by necessities, by reasons, by options, by interests, which are instrumental in forming of moral values, on the ideal of personality: moral necessities are moral values - the valued orientations are moral persuasions - moral habits – moral conduct. It is possible to assert that the insufficient formed of moral-volitional to quality negatively affects the function of control, adjusting of conduct and activity with orientatsieyo on the system of moral and normative motives of personality.
