The object of research is the process of professional and humanitarian training of future specialists in the maritime industry.
The subject of research is the methodological system and organizational and pedagogical conditions in the teaching of humanities to cadets of maritime educational institutions of Ukraine, taking into account the main components of the competence approach.
The aim of the project is to develop a methodology for teaching the humanities in the process of forming applied aspects in the training of maritime professionals on the basis of a competency-based approach.
The main idea of the project is that the introduction of innovative technologies in the training of maritime workers should be based on the appropriate methodological framework and contribute to the formation of a harmonious and socially adapted personality of the seafarer.
