A correlation was established between the peculiarities of changes in the electro- and magnetotransport properties of filamentary crystals and nanostructures (Si, Ge, SiGe, InSb, GaSb, GaAs) with different concentrations of doping impurities in a wide range of temperatures and high magnetic fields.
