The method of studying the electrophysical characteristics of filamentary crystals and nanostructures (Si, Ge, SiGe, InSb, GaSb, GaAs) on direct and alternating current has been improved. A correlation was established between the peculiarities of changes in the electro- and magnetotransport properties of filamentary crystals and nanostructures (Si, Ge, SiGe, InSb, GaSb, GaAs) with different concentrations of doping impurities in a wide range of temperatures and high magnetic fields. The introduction of methods for studying the electrophysical characteristics of filamentary crystals and nanostructures makes it possible to create on their basis highly sensitive sensors and transducers of physical quantities, which will contribute to the development of the sensor industry.
