The possibility of chemical functionalization of synthesized Fe3O4/Au nanoparticles using irreversible adsorption of photoluminescent dye was shown. The parameters of the fabricated magnetic system were investigated experimentally, the behavior of nanoparticles under the influence of a magnetic field was studied, and the possibility of their concentration in the detection area was shown. The simulation of the photoluminescent signal of magnetic-plasmon nanoparticles modified with appropriate dyes was performed and the possibility of increasing the level of the useful signal up to 5 times due to the use of localized surface plasmon resonance was shown.
