The object of research is economic relations in the process of digitalization. The subject of research - ways to improve the legal regulation of economic relations in the information society, taking into account the process of digitalization in Ukraine. The aim of the work is to develop directions and ways to improve the economic legislation of Ukraine in the context of digitalization of the Ukrainian economy and related spheres of social life. Research methods - methods of cognition of legal phenomena and processes: dialectical, comparative law, system, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, prognostic, special legal and others. The results of the study are manifested in the development of the main directions and ways to eliminate gaps and other shortcomings in the legislation governing the relationship between digital economy and e-digital business, including the economic sphere. Predictive assumptions about the development of the object of study are that further improvement of legislation governing the digitization of economic and related spheres of social life, to optimize it, social orientation in terms of ensuring the optimal balance of public and private interests of economic relations, maximum use of socially useful properties of digitalization, minimization of its risks and their consequences, fairness and transparency of legal regulation.
