Purpose: to create physical and chemical principles of operation highly efficient sensor and diagnostic systems for the analysis of gases and liquid solutions. Research methods: photoluminescence, scanning electron microscopy, photoelectric and electrophysical methods, impedance, infrared Fourier and Raman spectroscopy, electrochemical etching, principal components method, solvothermal synthesis. The technology of creating new nanomaterials and structures for sensors (porous gallium arsenide and porous silicon carbide, carbon nanoparticles of different composition) has been developed. A new method of functionalization of carbon nanomaterials due to fluorination of carbon microspheres has been developed. Optical, luminescent, electrical, photoelectric effects in the developed nanostructured semiconductors and the influence of the gaseous environment on these effects have been studied. The mechanisms of electronic transport in SiOX films with silicon nanoparticles are elucidated and the recombination mechanisms in porous GaAs and SiC are substantiated. A theoretical model of a recombination sensor based on barrier structures with a deep p-n has been developed transition. For the first time, the analytical dependence of the photocurrent on the near-surface bending of zones was calculated and it was shown that the operation of such a sensor can be explained within the framework of Stevenson-Case theory. It is shown that the "optoelectronic language" based on Si-Si / SiNX structures using the method of principal components allows to recognize vegetable oils. Developed method of parametric lighting to create a pH sensor based on photoelectric recombination transducer. Product Description popup.authors Yevtukh Anatoliy А. Ivanov Ivan I. Bunak Sergiy V.
