As a result of the study, greater resistance to drought of the varieties Elegy Myronivska and Zlata, and to salt stress - varieties Elegy Myronivska. The protective effect of Avermectin-containing drugs Avercom and Avercom Nova in conditions of salt stress and moisture deficiency was observed both in the early stages of growth and development of wheat of the studied varieties, and in long-term cultivation. It was found that the level of relative expression of most α-tubulin genes in the roots under the action of PEG and NaCl is more important relative to the level of expression of these genes in control plants. It has been shown that the level of α-tubulin expression under the action of NaCl within the organ (shoots or roots) is always lower than under the action of PEG. The expression level of almost all alpha-tubulin genes in the shoot under the action of NaCl drops significantly relative to control. At the root of NaCl, the expression of the first and fifth subfamilies mostly increases during the study period, while the expression of the second, third, and fourth subgroups on day 9 and 12 mostly decreases relative to control.
