Theoretical bases of intellectual analysis of biomedical data on the basis of models and methods of estimation of a state of human health on the basis of digital medical data, physiological signals and on results of self-testing of the patient by means of mobile means are developed. Subject-oriented IT has been developed: IT assessment of the dynamics of changes in locally-focused features of physiological signals on the basis of methods for estimating these signals by entropy estimates and mathematical linguistics; AI technology for diagnosing motor functions after stroke ("MovementTestStroke" PC and mobile platforms), and speech functions ("Speech Test Aphasia" PC); Multifunctional service platform for assessing human health in extreme conditions; IIT assessment of prenosological and pathological human conditions and AssessmentHC and ExchangeMD health assessment modules for digital medical data preservation; Mobile IT assessment of human health reserves to evaluate a balanced nutrition program and correction of psychosocial disorders.
