The object of the research is resource-saving technological processes of precise three-dimensional stamping by extrusion of complex profiled parts. The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency and expand the possibilities of the technologies for the production of parts based on new methods of extrusion. Systematized information on methods of finding methods of cold extrusion of complex-profiled parts. Classifications of transverse and combined transverse-longitudinal extrusion processes for stamping of complex profiled parts were developed and analyzed. Classified designs of stamps for extruding parts of complex shape. On the basis of the method of kinematic modules (MKM), the existing energy methods for solving the problems of axisymmetric and plane transverse and combined extrusion have been improved. Calculated dependences for deformation pressures of transverse and combined transverse-reverse extrusion of complex parts with a flange were obtained. Adequacy of obtained modeling results and technological capabilities of new methods of forming complex profiled parts are confirmed by experimental studies. Field of application - processing of metals by pressure, precise cold stamping.
