The work purpose is to develop a methodology and an interdisciplinary methodological toolkit for countering the legalization of criminal income and cyber fraud, which will allow the development of fundamentally new, intelligent algorithmic regulatory mechanisms based on the concepts of behavioural economics and separated from the human factor, which will enable the comprehensive provision of economic, financial and informational components of national security of the state, as well as protection of the rights of consumers of financial services. Research methods are fundamental provisions of economic theory, macro- and microeconomics, theory of strategic management, state regulation of the economy, and economic-mathematical modelling. Informational and factual research base includes scientific works of domestic and foreign specialists, Internet sites with officially available statistics of macro-indexes, and indicators of cyber attack trends.
