The developed methods do not require complex equipment for recording signals with separation in the time or frequency domain. The experiment demonstrated the possibilities and identified features of measuring venous saturation by both methods. Estimates of quantum yield of photodissociation of oxyhemoglobin and carboxyhemoglobin obtained experimentally under in vivo conditions. The yield of photodissociation of carboxyhemoglobin is 6-8 times higher than that of oxyhemoglobin. Saturation of photodissociation processes is achieved with the same photon flow of approximately photons per second. A change in the oxygen saturation of venous blood was observed only at a high level of laser-stimulated photodissociation of oxyhemoglobin in arterial blood.
